the weekend of October 6th and 7th

We have reserved the 

Chevron Employee Park Clubhouse 

all day on October 6th

Suggested hotels can be found along the left-hand side of the screen.  

When we have some indication of interest we will discuss a group rate with these two hotels. Generally figure in the $80 - $100 range. When you have an idea of where you’d like to stay, contact Joe Donagan, who will pursue the group rates.

 RSVP’s would be very helpful as soon as you know you are coming so food and accommodations and other plans can be addressed. Please send questions and information to Joe Donagan at (whipplereunion@gmail.com) or his personal email.

Other plans prior to and following the 6th are still in the works. It will help knowing our numbers to develop these so please respond as soon as possible.
